These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VelociFuel website and mobile application (collectively, the “Services”) operated by VelociFuel (“VelociFuel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the VelociFuel Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

VelociFuel provides on-demand fuel delivery services to approved vehicles and locations. Service availability may vary based on location, fuel type, weather, safety conditions, and operational capacity.

VelociFuel reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service at any location or for any request deemed unsafe, inaccessible, non-compliant, or unlawful.

By using VelociFuel, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
   
• Ensure the correct fuel type is selected
   
• Ensure the vehicle is legally eligible for fueling
   
• Ensure the vehicle is turned off and accessible at the time of service
   
• Ensure the delivery location is safe and free of hazards
   
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
   

VelociFuel is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

Fuel delivery requires that:

• Vehicles are turned off during fueling
   
• Fuel doors and caps are accessible
   
• No open flames, smoking, or hazardous conditions are present
   

VelociFuel may pause, delay, or terminate service if unsafe conditions exist.

• Prices are displayed at the time of order and may include service or delivery fees
   
• Payment is required at the time the service request is placed
   
• VelociFuel uses third-party payment processors and does not store full payment card details
   
• Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in account suspension or termination
   

• Orders canceled after dispatch may be subject to a cancellation fee
   
• Completed services are non-refundable
   
• Refunds, if issued, are granted at VelociFuel’s sole discretion
   

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify VelociFuel immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

VelociFuel is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
   
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
   
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or systems
   
• Harass, threaten, or endanger VelociFuel employees or contractors
   

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and branding associated with VelociFuel are the exclusive property of VelociFuel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. VelociFuel makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding service availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VelociFuel shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
   
• Service delays or interruptions
   
• Damages caused by incorrect user-provided information
   
• Acts beyond VelociFuel’s reasonable control
   

VelociFuel’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VelociFuel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
   
• Your violation of these Terms
   
• Information you provide that is inaccurate or unlawful
   

VelociFuel may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, non-payment, or misuse of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

VelociFuel may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
